|Recommended: NoHorrid — The toilet barely flushes. The bathroom has this awful order that stinks up the shower and bathroom. I try to clean this place daily and there's nothing that works. The a c doesn't even get to the rooms and the apartments are outdated and way overcharged.

Only problem is that the low temperature issue on second floor was not solved during the past terrible winter.

|Recommended: YesOverall pretty good — I was able to sign a lease pretty late, which was nice. Overall a pretty nice place. Kind of far away from where I would like to be, but that was expected. Not sure what was up with the elevators, but those weren't the greatest. Not ideal for 8th floor.

|Recommended: YesVery clean, comfortable, nice place to live — This is a very nice place to live, especially if you're looking for something a little quieter. I definitely feel like my rent is more than fair for how well upkept the building and apartments are and all of the extras in the building, like free laundry and the workout facilities. I'm renewing my lease for sure
