submitted by Emma K. - |Recommended: NoFine but not great — Overall, you get what you pay for with these apartments. If someone were in need of cheap housing and didn't have any other options I would send them here but otherwise no. When we moved in, our apartment didn't even seem like it was cleaned at all. The trash rooms are disgusting with trash and takeout containers lining the floor. Also, the package delivery system is so disorganized and not well maintained at all. I have never received a notification that a package was delivered for me. This place could be really nice with their common areas and ammenities, but it's not maintened very well at all.

Noise is loud at times since you're right across from two bars, and the police and fire-station is right behind you, but you get used to it. You're also near the stadium, so game days get pretty crazy. Otherwise, great location near campus, bus stops, grocery, and food. The community spaces are really nice, but the garbage rooms aren't the cleanest either, or the most well-kept. Laundry is free, but sometimes very crowded. You manage the heating and cooling yourself through the wall ac and vents with knobs that can be adjusted. As someone who got a Classic apartment, the kitchen size and storage was small, but worked. Depending on your neighbors, walls are thin at times. Maintenance was handled immediately, and the Staff has been extremely nice. Donut place connected great for a snack or an on-site job, or cheap coffee in the morning. Wifi is great too.

submitted by Enze W. - |Recommended: YesLiving from 2018-Aug to 2020-Dec, the memory here is very good, room clean and quiet, staff are very good. I will visit here if I have chance to visit Madison in the future.
submitted by Dilip R. - |Recommended: YesIt was a good accommodation for my short term — The property is super flexible to an extent you won't find in Madison. It is also a great value for the fact there is a gym and study area onsite, plus a lot of great places to go on Regent.

submitted by Jun Z. - |Recommended: YesThe Noise from the Bar is Very Annpying — Everything in Regent Apartment is good except for the existence of the bar across the street. Too noisy at night. Sometimes there even are noises at 1 00 a.m. With low pitched bass vibrating, I cannot fall asleep without a headset. Very uncomfortable wearing these to sleep. The maintenence staff is nice and very capable in doing his work Very appreciative of his timely help.
submitted by Gavin S. - |Recommended: YesGood location and quiet apartments — The location of the apartments is convenient for students that want to live off campus but still be within walking distance of most campus activities. The apartments are average sized and offer private bedrooms with a common living space although some udates could be performed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and basically hassle free when utilizing the online requests. Price is comparable to other apartments nearby.
