|Recommended: YesGood enough — It's a nice place to live
|Recommended: NoThey have horrible websites — Their website was down and because I couldn't pay online they want me to pay a late rent charge.
response from property -Liam, thanks for the feedback. It looks like Stephen resolved the issue for you and reversed the late fee. Sorry for the inconvenience from the technical glitch we experienced.
|Recommended: YesOverall, it's ok — Overall, it's ok. But noise may be a problem.
|Recommended: YesGood — It's ok and not too expensive. The only thing is when you live on a low floor and near the road, it would be noisy.
|Recommended: NoIt's ok — You should look for apartments that are closer to campus and are clean when you move in.
|Recommended: YesA Quiet and Comfortable Place to Live in — There are laundries, study room, gym etc.In a word,it's comfortable and convenient for life, except for the day where there is a football game nearby LOL.
|Recommended: YesGreat first year apartment — Great location with good views and amenities. Depending on which side of the building you're on it can be pretty noisy. Overall the rooms are a good size and well maintained aside from a few minor details.
|Recommended: YesAwesome apartment — Wonderful, professional and friendly stuff, really nice floor plan and really reasonable price The pool table and pingpong table and the TV room are all great places to hang out
|Recommended: YesIt's fine — Dont live on the side of the road. Too much noise all day long. The window can not block any traffic noise.
|Recommended: YesDorm Like — With roommate matching and being assigned a specific room it feels very dorm like. The apartments vary in looks and furniture, with furniture that looks like something that's in a dorm. They offer great services, like the workout room and common areas, the staff is all very friendly and it's very close to campus. They have an academic lease, which is great for people who go home during the summer. If you're looking for something a little more homey though, I'd probably look elsewhere.
|Recommended: YesNice apartment — I like the staffs in the front desk.
|Recommended: YesGood — Very good
|Recommended: YesReasonable, but nothing special — It's a nice college room to rent, especially if you don't want to have to live with lots of other people. The rooms are pretty reasonable for two people, and the academic lease is nice. But the community is pretty bad, and it's not really giving out that college vibe. It's just kind of boring here and the amenities aren't anything special.
|Recommended: YesFull Year-Rent Experience — Living at Regent has the benefits of having an apartment ready to be lived in terms of furnishing. I think that the roommate matching should be upgraded and aligned more towards the people's career or academic stance in order to avoid discrepancies.
|Recommended: YesI think it's comfortable. — It's a reasonable price for downtown madison.
