submitted by Miles W. - |Recommended: YesSolid — My only real complaint living at the Regent was the location because it is quite far from the main hub of campus, but for engineers, and for years with football games the, location is good.

Plus the poorly regulated basketball court, it is a nightmare some people play basketball at 2.30 am in the morning, some others plays basketball at 8 am the same day. I cannot sleep when they are playing, and I was always waken up by the basketball noise either in midnights or in early mornings.

submitted by Peilin L. - |Recommended: YesIt's interesting — Well, you get an apartment with all the things you need for the price they show you.
submitted by Hayley F. - |Recommended: YesIt needs some updating, but it is still very nice — I would say it needs some upgrading in the apartments and hallways, but it is okay to live in for the school year.
submitted by Alison S. - |Recommended: YesThe property has great amenities that are perfect if you want to hangout with friends or do schoolwork — I really enjoy living at the Regent. The apartments are spacious, the rooms are a good size even if you want to share , and the common spaces downstairs are well-kept. The location is very close to Trader Joes, Union South, the Engineering Mall, and Camp Randall, but if you know you prefer to be closer to State Street and the Capital Southeast area , the walk can get annoying especially in the cold . However, there is a beautiful bike path in the back of the building that leads to Lake Monona and it is close to many parks and neighborhoods.
submitted by Charles K. - |Recommended: YesA great place to live — There is a nice community of students and I really like the location. I've really liked living here.
submitted by Mary S. - |Recommended: YesGood value and very helpful — The staff were very helpful when we were looking for a place to rent.
submitted by Zoe R. - |Recommended: NoIt's average and a bit frustrating — It's definitely not what we expected. We were placed into a Dorm at Regent' program that we had not signed up for, in fact, we moved out of the dorms because we hated dorm life and wanted the independence of an apartment. We can hear our neighbors too well, we can hear them talking at a normal volume when we are in our bedrooms. The central heating system is also very frustrating because we find that it's kept at way too high of a temperature and makes the apartment uncomfortably warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful though which is always a good thing.
submitted by Joscelin C. - |Recommended: YesGreat apartment — It’s clean and the building is relatively quiet for being right next to Randall stadium
submitted by Terry G. - |Recommended: YesIt's alright — Its lit
submitted by Sirawit L. - |Recommended: YesNo comment — I have not stayed at the Regent yet.
submitted by Yixian W. - |Recommended: NoWater quality and the noise — I have lived here for two years and the water quality has been very terrible since last year. I use a water filter pitcher, and inside it I often see grease and dirt, which are sediment of the tap water. I seriously doubt the potential health impact such water can have on human. Also I often hear the very loud noise often music from the Sconnie Bar on the Regent Street, even at 2 or 3 am when I am asleep. Right now I am living in Room 317 and I can often hear big sound of parties singing, laughing from the upper floor.
