|Recommended: YesPretty good area, close to campus, minimal noise — Pros right by campus, bakery nearby really good donuts , food places across the street, easy to access, decent furniture. Maintenance is nice and honestly quick at fixing things. They've helped a lot. I can barely hear anyone outside my door it's nice. When the bedroom doors are closed, it's very noise-cancelling. Bus stops nearby the 80 is only a 6-ish minute walk. Fully furnished. A C is amazing in the living room. Good study spaces in the apartment. The parking lot area has nice outdoor activities. Huge closets.
Cons laundry dryers suck, and 3 of them never dried your clothes. Washers are also not working or flood sometimes. Some of the doors, tables, chairs, and stuff are worn out broken, but that makes sense also not a huge deal . Kitchen counters are very small, and the kitchen hallway is tiny too. The bed is a twin bed. No living room lighting buy a lamp . No A C in the actual bedrooms. Parking is expensive, and if you don't pay more, you have to move your car on Badger home game days.
Pro or con depending on who you are When facing Regent St, sconnies can get loud thurs-sat, and home game days are crazy.
|Recommended: YesRegent Review — When I first got to the apartment, the trim was falling apart, the tops of the cabinets were very sticky, the towel and toilet paper holers were halfway out of the wall, the shower door wasn't sealed all the way, parts of the floor were missing, there are no door stoppers to prevent damages to walls and closets, and many of our move in requests weren't fixed, even after the rush of maintenance move in requests were finished.
Onto the good things. The staff is helpful, they know how to handle things during normal days and game days. There are little to no problems with noise, for the things that they did fix, they did it fast.
I would recommend this apartment complex, but NOT the unit that I was given for this academic year.
|Recommended: YesRegent — Generally a nice place to live, a little bit overpriced but overall nice convenient.

|Recommended: NoImpossible to reach anyone. No one is picking up the front desk phone, they only work during business hours, so you have to wait until the weekend if you work 9-5 to talk to someone. I tried emailing, I tried calling, but no one is around.
They marked me as moved out when I had another week of stay,so I had people come into my room, and I would find my stuff moved around, and there was no one to explain what happened or why. They didn't know about it either.I tried calling from work and talked to two different people and none were able to help or gave me a call back. I was finally able to figure it out because someone walked into my room when I was there and I was able to ask them what was happening yes my doors were locked, the staff have keys so they've been coming in and out. Yes I still had stuff in the living area and I was clearly not moved out .
I also still haven't received my security deposit back, its been 3 months since I moved out. No they are not picking up their phones.
|Recommended: YesGood Accommodation — Good place for a student to stay
|Recommended: NoOvercharge and dont care — When I first moved in, the elevator to my side of the building was broken for about a week and making entering and exiting extremely inconvenient. When I got renters' insurance, I had a useless charge of 4 claiming that my new policy was inactive, while it was not. I called the office about this, and a representative said I would be refunded. After a week, I was charged those 4, and when I spoke to someone at the office, they said they would take it up with accounting . useless charge, like most things with the administration here.
|Recommended: NoPersonal Experience — I have been trying to get my dishwasher fixed since i’ve moved in and it’s been a month of the staff not knowing more than me and the maintenance staff not coming to complete their order
|Recommended: NoIssues — The water quality is really poor and common spaces like gym,rec area, study area are really dirty with dust and lack of cleanliness
