|Recommended: YesIt's a good apartment and is worth the price. — I would say it's a good choice because the staff here are friendly and the maintenance staff fixes problems in time. Except that the chair and desk are a little bit uncomfortable because of the heights. The desk is too low and the chairs are high.

|Recommended: YesFacilities need to update but staffs are nice — Facilities in the kitchen area need frequent maintenance and the noise of neighbor and roommates can be heard clearly which bothered me very much. What I love the most is the excellent staffs of regent. They are all very nice and helpful that are easy to reach out.

|Recommended: YesGood location and amenities. — It is nice, especially if you have good roommates. It is a little on the pricey side for how small the space is in the apartments. Really convenient location.
|Recommended: YesGreat for my short stay — Unfortunately, I've only actually lived in my room for 2 months but my stay was good. The community rooms are nice and the laundry is free which is a life saver. The staff are friendly and helpful, one man in particular is so nice and helpful he even called kwik trip at night to ask if they had toilet paper for me.
My only complaint is that, the place where we put our garbage is in like, a utility room on each floor It's very strange to me and smells horrible, makes the floor smell strange all the time. And when the workers take out the trash, it gets places like the walls and elevators, so I would like to suggest making everyone take their trash outside to the trash bins, maybe there can be carts for us to use to make the haul easier.
