|Recommended: NoBig Mistake — It's become apparent after a little over a month in that management cares about almost nothing more than you paying your bills. My roommate and I signed a lease for the 2nd year now and although it was certainly pricier than other alternatives, we expected the service and reliability of the staff would make it worth it.
This was, however, a huge mistake, and as of now, my roommate and I are still fighting to resolve a basic issue not receiving a promotional amazon card for releasing for what has been a month now. The problem has made zero progress in being resolved by the staff. It really seems like they're just shifting my attention away and hoping I forget about it in time.
The only benefit seems to be fairly quiet walls for leasing here. Other than that, I feel like nothing more than just a cash cow to higher management.

|Recommended: YesIt's a good decent place for two of us, small and cozy but not too small. — There is nice staff at front desk and it is pretty okay living here, feels like a dorm kind of. It's not the most modern of places but when you just need a place to eat, study and sleep its good.
