|Recommended: YesHighly Recommended — I really enjoy living at The Regent. My apartment is clean and modern, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the amenities of the apartment are great. The other apartments in Madison that I have lived at have all had problems with humidity, hot water shortages, security, etc. Everything at The Regent, however, has run very smoothly for me. I have not had any problems with my apartment, and I feel very safe and comfortable here.
I frequently use the fitness center and the study rooms, and the inclusion of laundry internet at a flat rate is extremely convenient as well
I would highly recommend The Regent to other students in the area.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live home away from home. — After only a few days it seems like I have lived here forever. Quite comfortable. Furniture that comes with the apartment is a little hodge-podge and non-standarized though.

When outside is rainy, room is fulled by disgusting smell.
